She has been an early adopter of many evidence based practices, and knows how to move agencies into sustainable models of care incorporating the best services and treatment approaches.

She understands the world clinicians and auxiliary staff live in, and brings her training to life by weaving in her years of direct clinical services and supervision. From Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to Diversity, Brain Science to Harm Reduction, she offers not only information, but practical applications staff can take back into the workplace. Ann also understands the necessity of ongoing clinical supervision and refreshers, and works with supervisory staff to make sure a sustainability plan is well in place.
Ann is able to engage with community members to create an environment of healing and recovery. Her work is best done in collaborative initiatives, where she draws out a shared vision in which participants feel invested. Her collaborations have involved such projects as creating drug courts, initiating Medication Assisted Therapies programs and developing integrated treatment for substance use disorder and mental health issues.

Ann provides relevant and helpful trainings on a variety of behavioral health topics, such as moving from science to practice, trends and concerns in the addiction domains and intregrated care. She also works with teams to create safe, supportive and healthy workplaces. Recently she has been offering a series of trainings on Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) in interactive and conversational group settings.
