About Ann

  

Ann C. Noonan, MA, CAC III, LPC has over 35 years professional experience working in the field of substance use disorders, mental health issues and recovery. 


Ann works to transition mental health and substance use treatment strategies into a coordinated behavioral health approach. She was a key player in managing the full integration of a county addiction treatment program with that community’s mental health center. 


Ann is committed to creating treatment and recovery services for the whole person: physically, emotionally and spiritually, as well as within the community. 


Ann provides consulting to organizations to enhance services for people with substance use disorders, mental health issues and physical health needs. She is works at the state level to effect systems level change, develop new resources, and implement science based practices.


Ann offers consultation on identifying and accessing the appropriate level of care and treatment program for adults.

Ann is an active member of her community, having served on  boards of local non-profits, fostering teens, and sharing her experience of long-term recovery with others.

Ann enjoys singing, hiking, kayaking and gardening, and has a special passion for travel.
