Ann C. Noonan, MA, CAS, LPC has over 40 years professional experience working in the field of substance use disorders, mental health issues and recovery.
Ann works to transition mental health and substance use treatment strategies into a coordinated behavioral health approach.
Ann is committed to creating treatment and recovery services for the whole person: physically, emotionally and spiritually, as well as within the community.
Ann provides consulting to organizations to enhance services for people with substance use disorders, mental health issues and physical health needs. She is works at the state level to effect systems level change, develop new resources, and implement science based practices.
Recent consulting projects include providing a series of workshops on JEDI to local non-profit organizations, clinically supervising state-wide innovative treatment services for opiate use, disorders, and developing the infrastructure for a variety of peer- support services.
Ann is an active member of her community, serving on local non-profits boards, working on gun-violence prevention activities, and sharing her experience of long-term recovery with others.
Ann enjoys singing, hiking, kayaking and gardening, and has a special passion for travel. Her dog Quigley is a neighborhood delight.
